Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including peak times
strong communication skills
ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
customer service orientation
basic computer skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
knowledge of salon operations is a plus
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes such as Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
process transactions and issue receipts
make retail product recommendations
manage the flow of customers between check-in and service
maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby areas
answer phone calls
inform customers about services
update customer records with contact information
assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
deliver excellent customer service
work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
resolve customer issues effectively
