Job Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception
- Ability to manage visitor check-in and coordinate with security
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and ticketing tools
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work onsite full-time Monday through Friday
- Experience in mailroom management and customer support
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to respond to and triage Jira tickets
- Capacity to perform daily facility inspections
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, and ticketing tools
- Strong reliability with on-time attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mailroom management and customer support
Job Duties
- Ensure a seamless Stripe and guest experience at the front desk
- Manage visitor check-in processes, including issuing visitor lanyards
- Collaborate with security for VIP and event guest arrivals
- Work with internal teams to adhere to visitor policies
- Store luggage and coats according to site protocols
- Assist employees and visitors in-person and via Slack
- Escalate challenges to the Workplace Manager and JLL Manager
