Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety protocols
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Washes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and equipment to approved sanitation standards
- Returns clean items back to their proper location
- Sweeps, mops and performs general cleaning
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas
- Ensures restaurant utensils and dinnerware are sanitized and orderly
- Complies with health and safety standards
- Assists with kitchen organization as needed
