Job Duties

  • Greeting guests and residents at the front desk and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • maintain cleanliness and operation of the coffee stations
  • monitor and manage resident amenity spaces, ensuring rule compliance, cleanliness, and proper closing procedures
  • answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • post resident notices as required
  • oversee package handling and resident package services
  • support the planning and coordination of resident events
  • contribute to the creation and distribution of resident newsletters
  • assist residents in submitting maintenance work orders
  • conduct parking, storage and balcony audits
  • adhere to all company policies, including grooming and conduct standards
  • promptly address and document all resident requests, concerns, and service needs
  • perform other duties as assigned
