Job Duties
- Greeting guests and residents at the front desk and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- maintain cleanliness and operation of the coffee stations
- monitor and manage resident amenity spaces, ensuring rule compliance, cleanliness, and proper closing procedures
- answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- post resident notices as required
- oversee package handling and resident package services
- support the planning and coordination of resident events
- contribute to the creation and distribution of resident newsletters
- assist residents in submitting maintenance work orders
- conduct parking, storage and balcony audits
- adhere to all company policies, including grooming and conduct standards
- promptly address and document all resident requests, concerns, and service needs
- perform other duties as assigned
