Job Requirements
- Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Embody the company’s One Dove principles of kindness, respect, deliciousness, efficiency, and cleanliness
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to frequently walk, bend, reach, and twist during shifts

Job Duties
- Engage with customers and take orders with genuine connection
- Create drinks with consistency, quality, and style
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and café space

- Own your shift responsibilities including punctuality and energy
- Adapt quickly to fast-paced situations and customer needs
