This is a part-time role serving two distinct but interconnected retail food service locations: a vibrant coffee shop and a made-to-order deli. Job Duties
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service, creating a positive experience for every guest
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines
- Operate cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and credit card machines accurately while following all cash-handling procedures
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring proper portion sizes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including counters, equipment, floors, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and service ware
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas
- Monitor food temperatures and assist with safe food handling procedures
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
