The role of a Barista at Highgate Hotels is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the guest experience. Baristas are responsible for the preparation of various coffee, tea, and beverage options according to customer preferences. In addition to crafting beverages, the role requires operating cash registers and credit card machines effectively to process transactions.
