The role being offered is for full-time and part-time Barista/Cashier positions at the IGC Coffee Zon Cafes. Job Requirements
- Arrives in proper uniform and adheres to all grooming standards
- Sets up station according to cafe guidelines
- Prepares all beverages as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follows portion control and presentation specifications
- Restocks all items as needed throughout shift
- Cleans and maintains station practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
- Has knowledge to properly use and maintain equipment
- Acts as front line customer service representative smiling and greeting customers
- Demonstrates hospitality, respect and kindness toward customers and team members
- Merchandise products checking for quality and presentation
- Provides fast, timely and accurate service through communication and teamwork
- Suggestive sells and informs customers of promotions
- Follows all cash handling procedures
- Assists in financial accountability by recording orders and counting cash drawer
- Thanks customers and invites them to return
- Acts as role model and assists with training new employees
- Works with others to support operations and standards

Job Qualifications
- Prior barista, cashier and customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent listening skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to assist in tasks outside primary duties as needed
