The role of Part-Time Concierge at FS Residential offers an opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on excellent customer service within residential properties. As a Part-Time Concierge, the successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting residents, managing guest check-ins and the passage of service providers, and ensuring effective access control. The role involves understanding and acting on emergency response protocols and monitoring electronic security systems to maintain safety standards. Strong administrative capabilities are also necessary, as this position requires maintaining accurate logs, records, and completing clerical tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or concierge roles preferred
