Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- No previous experience required
- Ability to walk extensively during shifts
- Availability for 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work one major holiday per year

- Proficiency in cash control and revenue handling
- Ability to manage large volumes of keys, tickets, and drivers
- Strong customer service skills demonstrating ICARE values
Job Duties
- Notify security and/or supervisor of unauthorized vehicles, accidents, and suspicious activities within parking areas
- Complete daily shift close-out reports and revenue deposits with accuracy and report variances
- Provide parking directions to motorists and collaborate with security personnel to direct traffic
- Greet customers and assist with parking and retrieving vehicles in adherence to department procedures
- Maintain and manage all customer keys, recording vehicle in/out times accurately to meet department standards
