Job Requirements

  • At least three years of practical experience in one or more technical trades
  • trade school or related college coursework preferred
  • previous customer service and hotel experience preferred
  • required licensing as per property standards
  • ability to work with department tools and equipment
  • strong communication skills
  • fluency in English preferred
  • capable of heavy physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • ability to stand and walk long distances
  • ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
  • ability to work under variable temperature and noise conditions
  • ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments including roofs
  • ability to handle exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, and mite hazards
  • availability for long work hours
  • quick and agile movement ability

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of practical experience in technical trades such as HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or electrical
  • completion of trade school or related college coursework preferred
  • experience in customer service and hotel environments preferred

  • ability to use various tools and equipment
  • knowledge of safety and security policies
