Job Requirements
- At least three years of practical experience in one or more technical trades
- trade school or related college coursework preferred
- previous customer service and hotel experience preferred
- required licensing as per property standards
- ability to work with department tools and equipment
- strong communication skills
- fluency in English preferred
- capable of heavy physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and walk long distances
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
- ability to work under variable temperature and noise conditions
- ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments including roofs
- ability to handle exposure to chemicals, fumes, dust, and mite hazards
- availability for long work hours
- quick and agile movement ability
Job Qualifications
- Three years of practical experience in technical trades such as HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or electrical
- completion of trade school or related college coursework preferred
