Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work nighttime hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform accurate audit reports
- cash handling experience
- proficiency in operating computer systems and PBX switchboard
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- maintain professional appearance and wear required uniform and name badge
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel front office or auditing preferred
- strong math skills
- proficiency with computers and related equipment
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and handle interruptions
- customer service skills with tact and courtesy
- knowledge of hospitality industry standards
Job Duties
- Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the hotel and company daily
- perform all required audit reports
- verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure proper handling
- balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift
- make deposits of cash
- prepare the front office for 'A' shift and reset day's business
- act as a guest services agent during nighttime hours
- act as the Manager on Duty during nighttime hours
- attend and actively participate in all front office meetings
- participate in all training and cross-training programs
- act as PBX operator during the audit shift
- support and adhere to company core values, mission statement, service fundamentals, and guest service philosophy
- be always in uniform and wear a name identification badge while on property
