Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or word processing experience preferred
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Willingness to work in a healthcare environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with medical staff
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Maintain accurate patient records and information
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing and data entry
  • Handle inquiries professionally and provide information about services
  • Support reception area organization and ensure a welcoming environment
