- Experience of minimum 1-2 years in a medical office setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills needed
- Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide warm, professional patient experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Job Duties
- Greet, screen, schedule, and check in patients
- Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, and provide information
- Verify and update patient information, support medical staff and patients
- Request, send, and receive patient medical records
- Maintain files and assist in organizing office systems
- Order office and clinical supplies
- assist with equipment care
- Perform other duties as assigned
