  • Experience of minimum 1-2 years in a medical office setting preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills needed
  • Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to provide warm, professional patient experience

Job Duties

  • Greet, screen, schedule, and check in patients
  • Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, and provide information
  • Verify and update patient information, support medical staff and patients
  • Request, send, and receive patient medical records
  • Maintain files and assist in organizing office systems
  • Order office and clinical supplies
  • assist with equipment care
  • Perform other duties as assigned
