Job Duties
- collaborate with on-property marketing teams and sales leadership to drive marketing efficiencies and increase revenue
- develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns focused on on-site owners and guests
- analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategies for optimum impact
- manage and coach marketing staff to ensure high performance
- coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
- monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- maintain strong communication channels between marketing, sales, and property management
