- ability to work full-time hours
- capacity to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of basic kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients and cook food to order following recipes and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- assist in daily food preparation tasks including chopping, measuring, and mixing ingredients
- ensure proper storage of food items and maintain inventory levels
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- uphold all health and safety standards and regulations within the kitchen
