Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
willingness to learn and adapt
ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

prepare scratch-made food items to menu specifications
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure timely food service
learn and execute signature recipes and plate presentations
manage a busy station efficiently
follow health and safety guidelines at all times
assist with inventory and food storage as needed
