Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- ability to live on-site in provided housing
- ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overnight travel
- non-coaching position
- willingness to undergo background screening
- legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

- bachelor's degree in appropriate area of specialization
- enrollment in graduate school preferred
- experience in athletics operations and facility management preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- support home athletic event planning and management during events
- work with game day management to monitor parking lots and staff
- ensure everything is in working order for game day and non-game day events
- monitor weather for athletic events
- assist with facility maintenance inspections
- assist with security setup and teardown
- manage day-to-day operations during events
