Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- ability to live on-site in provided housing
- ability to regularly lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and potential overnight travel
- detail-oriented
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask
- willingness to engage with diverse populations

- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate area of specialization
- enrollment in graduate school preferred
- experience in athletics operations and facility management preferred

Job Duties
- Support home athletic event planning and management during events
- work with game day management to monitor parking lots and staff
- ensure everything is in working order for game day and non-game day events
- monitor weather conditions for athletic events
- assist with facility maintenance inspections
- assist with security measures
- support setup and teardown of events and day-to-day facility management
