Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management
- physical ability to lift 35lbs
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- commitment to integrity and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record in leadership of hotel housekeeping teams for resorts with 500+ rooms for 2-3 years
- ability to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
- flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability
- open to working any days and shifts
- bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Be in the driver's seat and guide your team to succeed
- assign duties to supervisors while inspecting team members
- respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups
- conduct performance reviews
- manage and monitor assigned buildings
