Job Requirements
- must be able to read and comprehend client, company and safety communications
- able to stand or walk for up to 4 hours
- able to bend and stoop frequently
- capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
- able to push and pull carts, trash barrels, vacuum cleaners and mop with a 32 oz. wet mop
- use of a step ladder when required
- maintain punctuality and proper time and attendance practices
- wear required uniform and proper identification

Job Duties
- dust per the facility's task schedule
- clean all telephones
- clean all drinking fountains
- spot clean desk tops
- spot clean reception/lobby glass including front door and other partition or door glass
- clean interior glass in partitions and doors
- remove cobwebs
