Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning
Flexible availability to work varying days within the 8 am to 4:30 pm schedule
Good communication skills
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Willingness to interact with residents in a friendly manner

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills for positive resident interactions
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
