Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Completion of at least two years of high school or equivalent knowledge and skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Capacity to walk and stand for entire work shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend regularly
- Capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shift
- Willingness to work weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Ensure exceptional guest experience by delivering friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry and clean public spaces as needed
- Respond quickly and effectively to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
