Job Requirements
- be 18 years of age or older
- possess a valid driver’s license
- have access to a reliable vehicle
- able to work Monday-Friday 7:45 am to 5 pm
- must have good work ethic
- enjoy interacting with people
- willing to work in an active, non-desk environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- comfortable working Monday-Friday 7:45 am to 5 pm
- able to interact positively with customers
Job Duties
- travel to customer homes to perform routine and specific cleaning tasks
- provide top-quality work and customer service
- communicate effectively with customers regarding cleaning needs and expectations
- use company-provided supplies and equipment to complete tasks
- participate in paid training and adhere to company standards
- maintain neat and professional appearance and behavior
- take part in mileage reimbursement and weekly bonus driving opportunities
