Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience or a 4 year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience or a 2 year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience

Job Qualifications
- At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience or a 4 year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience or a 2 year college degree and 3 or more years of related experience

Job Duties
- Attend daily DT by Hilton Business Review meetings with the DOS
- daily review and implementation of room accommodation and rate inventory controls including weekly implementation of roll-in controls
- ensure group inventory and cut-off dates are managed according to demand
- implement all blackout dates and review monthly to adjust
- work with Front Office to ensure that sellout strategies are in place and systems are balanced daily
- ensure PMS and General Ledger are balanced daily as it relates to past actuals
- conduct weekly Revenue Management Meeting to evaluate booking periods for proper rate and availability control
- provide synopsis of results vs decision from previous week and lead discussion on future issues such as booking pace, pricing strategies, marketing opportunities and the competitive environment
- daily review of Delphi/DMPE reports and address concerns with Director of Sales
- develop annual transient pricing ensuring consistency across all distribution channels
- review end of month room statistics reports and provide critical analysis on performance
- conduct displacement analysis of group business as needed
- review all tentative and definite group bookings to ensure they support implemented strategies
- complete weekly booking pace reports and recommend strategy changes
- analyze past and present trends and make recommendations for future strategies
- prepare weekly, monthly, rolling forecasts and annual budget
- review competitive shops and identify selling strategies and market trends
- monitor demand calendars, convention calendars and city event calendars
- maintain historical data on events and performance during demand-generating events
