Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow
- Present guests with clean menus and provide suggestions to enhance their dining experience
- Ensure high-touch areas and guest touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Communicate wait times accurately and accommodate special guest requests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and safe environment
- Thank guests genuinely and invite them back to the restaurant
