Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work evenings, midnights, weekends and holidays
- Must possess strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated honesty, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and hospital staff
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional and tactful communication style
- Experience in customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with non-medical requests such as providing information and directions
- Assist with hotel and dining recommendations and reservations
- Provide support with transportation and travel arrangements
- Handle mailing and shipping tasks as requested
- Monitor waiting areas and perform visitor control
- Listen carefully and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain safety and order in assigned areas and convert to security duties in emergencies
