Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare your assigned section for guests
  • welcome fans with a great smile and helpful attitude
  • scan event tickets ensuring proper ticket usage
  • assist fans in locating their ticketed seats
  • be alert and proactive to potential hazards and report incidents
  • monitor assigned area for issues and opportunities to create lasting memories
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
  • assist guests in ADA accessible seating sections
  • enforce all building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment
  • manage foot traffic flow of large crowds
  • check identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
  • be knowledgeable about arena emergency evacuation plan
