Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality industry
  • Experience using Google platforms and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary welcome point for guests providing directions and Center information
  • Seek opportunities to exceed guests' expectations by delivering best-in-class customer service and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
  • Handle all guest requests effectively and efficiently based on established policies and procedures
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of Fashion Island and its stores restaurants and events
  • Efficiently process gift card sales and manage reconciliation reporting
  • Resolve guest challenges and concerns promptly and professionally ensuring satisfactory outcomes
  • Remain compliant with operating procedures including uniform and grooming standards
