Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstration of leadership skills
- English language proficiency that enables speech expression clarity and proficient reading and verbal comprehension
- Proficient math skills
- Completed or willing to complete LCE/Vibe management certifications
- Completion or willing to complete Anti-Harassment training
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
- Ability to climb a ladder to reach supplies stored in overhead areas as well as inspect for cleanliness
- Must have the ability to regularly stand/walk for up to ten hours/day

Job Duties
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation of products for prompt customer delivery within 30 seconds or less
- Provide production direction to crew in a clear, concise and positive way and coach others to lead operations
- Set an example for crew by working hard to implement shift SSP
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operations to improve customer service
- Get the right people involved to prevent and resolve store equipment problems
- Monitor VR/LCE operational programs, processes and metrics to identify store issues and involve management team in resolving challenges
- Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude with management team and crew members while delegating tasks and giving production instructions
