Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hotel general manager or senior leadership experience
  • Strong boutique hospitality background
  • Food and beverage leadership experience required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience
  • Comfort working in entrepreneurial/start-up/collaborative environments
  • Alignment with sustainability, service, and community values

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience
  • Valid U.S. work authorization
  • Ability to work within a 24/7 hospitality operation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with PMS, POS, CRM systems
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail and operational awareness
  • Strong prioritization and conflict resolution abilities

Job Duties

  • Develop and communicate a hotel operations strategy aligned with SCP's mission
  • Cultivate SCP culture and core values across all departments
  • Lead with servant leadership while maintaining high accountability
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams
  • Elevate guest experience across the property
  • Oversee and elevate food and beverage operations
  • Drive operational excellence and profitability
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and online reputation
  • Direct daily revenue management strategy
  • Build strong community and tourism relationships
  • Utilize reporting systems for labor, forecasting, accounting, and HR
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives
  • Maintain strong financial oversight and budget discipline
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership
  • Develop future leaders within the team
