Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years management experience
- minimum 5 years functional experience in corporate dining, catering, or retail food operations
- strong financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead all daily operations for the corporate café and catering program
- serve as the primary point of contact for a new, high-profile client, ensuring strong partnership and satisfaction
- build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing on-site team focused on hospitality and service excellence
- oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and strategic planning
- ensure flawless execution of catering events, from planning to service delivery
- elevate the guest experience through quality, innovation, and consistent operational standards
- maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and corporate policies
- drive continuous improvement across service, culinary execution, and operational efficiency
