Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members by providing them with the tools, training, and follow-up necessary to achieve maximum performance
  • Train and develop successful team members for the restaurant while providing direction and guidance to ensure a positive and motivating work environment is established and maintained
  • Ensure ongoing coaching for improvement and the use of constructive discipline and proper documentation of employee performance
  • Ensure problem resolution is available on all shifts and is utilized when appropriate, and build trusting relationships
  • Escalate applicable employee relations matters to HR
  • Implement an ongoing recognition culture in the restaurant
  • Meet the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction and selling efforts
