Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
Ability to work promptly and regularly
Ability to take and provide direction and work well with others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
Ability to react productively to change
Ability to fulfill accountabilities and key measurement criteria
Ability to perform required physical demands and work environment conditions

Job Qualifications

Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of company policies and operational procedures
Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
Ability to motivate and engage employees
Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives following company guidelines
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
Create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
Communicate effectively with the store team including managers, supervisors, and crew members
