Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
- Ability to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take and provide direction and work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to react productively to change
- Ability to fulfill accountabilities and key measurement criteria
- Ability to perform required physical demands and work environment conditions
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of company policies and operational procedures
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
- Ability to motivate and engage employees
- Basic computer literacy
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
- Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives following company guidelines
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
- Create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
- Communicate effectively with the store team including managers, supervisors, and crew members
