Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management preferred
  • Ability to work promptly and regularly
  • Ability to take and provide direction and work well with others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • Ability to react productively to change
  • Ability to fulfill accountabilities and key measurement criteria
  • Ability to perform required physical demands and work environment conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of company policies and operational procedures
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
  • Ability to motivate and engage employees
  • Basic computer literacy

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and staff
  • Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
  • Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members
  • Create and maintain an environment and culture of engaged employees
  • Communicate effectively with the store team including managers, supervisors, and crew members
