Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
  • shape restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to achieve success and guest satisfaction
  • maintain a warm and hospitable atmosphere encouraging staff excellence
  • communicate sales performance and corporate initiatives to team
  • assist with operational tasks as needed
  • drive sales through suggestive selling and sales building activities
  • maximize table turnover and sales metrics
  • meet and greet guests and resolve service and food quality issues
  • maintain cost controls and profit management including food and labor costs
  • ensure OSHA, health, safety, and security compliance
  • monitor food quality, cleanliness, and facility maintenance
  • manage cash control, inventory, and scheduling
  • oversee P&L management and budget adherence
  • enforce safe work practices
  • perform all other assigned duties
