Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in hotel front desk or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Proficiency with front desk software and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
