Job Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service is preferred
- Proficiency with hotel systems, Marriott systems a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and integrity in cash handling

- Post charges, collect payments, and manage cash-handling with integrity and accuracy
- Handle guest mail, packages, and messages with the utmost privacy and professionalism
- Share knowledge of the hotel, programs, and local experiences, tailoring recommendations with care
- Communicate guest preferences and feedback across departments to ensure seamless service
- Respond swiftly to guest calls, lobby visitors, and team member requests
- Remain calm and confident in all situations, prepared with knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
