Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Mac-based technology
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Baton Rouge, LA

- Background in teaching, customer service, or roles requiring patient and clear communication
- Ability to work in structured environments

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls during regular weekday hours with a friendly and informed voice
- Guide callers through session types by explaining unique features and helping determine the best fit
- Send follow-up emails with pricing and session details after calls
- Update client records and track inquiries using Mac-based CRM tools
- Welcome occasional in-person walk-ins or scheduled clients in the studio
- Support the overall client experience with professionalism and warmth
