Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of basic office software
- Willingness to assist residents and staff

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Check the appointment calendar and ensure residents are ready for appointments
- Coordinate with transportation aid for resident appointments - make copies of resident's current physician's orders, progress sheets, and insurance cards when appropriate
- Place and have ready to send with residents
- Monitor front door and assist residents and visitors
- Answer the facility telephone number when necessary
- Keep proper clerical supplies for Nurses' Station
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, or Administrator
