Job Duties
- Check the appointment calendar and ensure residents are ready for appointments
- coordinate with transportation aid for resident appointments
- make copies of resident's current physician's orders, progress sheets, and insurance cards and have ready to send with residents
- monitor front door and assist residents and visitors
- answer the facility telephone number when necessary
- keep proper clerical supplies for Nurses' Station
- perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse, or Administrator
