The Brentwood Hospital, a subsidiary of UHS, is currently seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their team. This role is crucial in providing a positive, responsive environment for all visitors, patients, and staff, ensuring smooth facilitation of organizational information flow. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for anyone entering the facility, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, handling incoming communications and mail, and providing clerical support where needed. The position operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and offers an engaging work environment alongside a team dedicated to improving mental health and providing compassionate support to individuals and families.

Job Requirements

- Some college credits or degrees preferred
- Relevant work experience in a medical office setting
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously

Job Duties
- Promptly greet patients, visitors and staff who enter the facility
- Make eye contact with and greet walk-in guests in a pleasant, courteous and clear tone of voice
- Provide routine organization-related information to callers and visitors within confidentiality policies and procedures
- Sign for, receive, sort and route incoming mail and courier deliveries daily
- Provide back-up clerical support to various departments
- Respond willingly and courteously to requests to provide special assistance
