Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest inquiries with a smile and positive attitude
  • Provide timely and accurate information to guests and administration
  • Assist and support other Welcome Facilitators throughout the day
  • Maintain physical stamina by staying active and sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds
  • Use the KAJ Welcome Facilitator Checklist to ensure all guest needs are met
  • Adjust to changing daily requirements while maintaining calm and professionalism
  • Foster an environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction and memorable experiences
