- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- comfortable using technology (iPad) for menu collection
- ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Serve meals and snacks to patients in accordance with dietary guidelines
- collect and process patient menu selections using iPad technology
- collaborate with nursing staff to ensure accurate diet orders
- provide outstanding customer service and practice service recovery
- maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and service areas
- monitor patient satisfaction and communicate feedback to the nutrition team
- rotate between morning and evening shifts to support 24/7 patient care
