Job Duties

  • Lead by example in providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests
  • ensure service standards, steps of service, and guest satisfaction goals are consistently met
  • train and mentor new servers on menu knowledge, service techniques, and POS system use
  • act as the first point of contact for server questions or guest concerns during shifts
  • assist with daily opening and closing duties, including section setup, side work, and shift checklists
  • coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow
  • monitor table assignments and assist in managing guest seating when necessary
  • handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and promptly
  • maintain awareness of VIP guests, dietary restrictions, and special events
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • support management in inventory, restocking, and ordering supplies as needed
