Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of restaurant or serving experience
- strong knowledge of food and beverage service including wine, liquor and beer
- ability to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- excellent customer service skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and split shifts
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Job Qualifications

- minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant or serving position
- strong knowledge of wine, liquor, beer, and food service

Job Duties
- greet and seat members as they enter the dining area
- maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage options including ingredients and preparation methods
- assist members with menu selections and answer questions about offerings
- set up and break down dining area daily
- ensure pantry and common areas remain clean and organized
- report any member concerns or issues promptly to management for resolution
- attend staff meetings and participate in training sessions to improve service skills
