Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years culinary experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
- Proven experience in managing back of house operations
- Familiarity with EcoSure and health inspection procedures
- Basic financial management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- Performs precise line checks and facility walks
- Ensures EcoSure compliance with proper documentation
- Runs high volume service periods from the expo or wheel position
- Collaborates with BOH and FOH teams to maintain food safety and quality
- Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing back of house employees
- Manages payroll reporting in compliance with company standards and state laws
- Partners with Executive Chef to manage P&L and maximize profits
- Assists in ordering and invoicing of product
- Maintains consistent communication with front of house team to ensure adherence to guidelines
