Job Requirements

  • At least three years of progressive culinary experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with budget statements
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Commitment to quality and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least three years of progressive culinary experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with budget statements
  • Associate's degree in culinary arts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards

Job Duties

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events
  • Managing kitchen staff and coordinating work schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • Conducting inventory and ordering supplies efficiently
  • Training and mentoring culinary team members
