Job Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in kitchen management and menu creation

  • ability to work with local farmers to purchase fresh produce
  • strong financial sense involving labor, quality control, and operational efficiency

Job Duties

  • Champion internal hospitality and lead a team to craft dishes that leave lasting impressions
  • nurture and inspire a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
  • work hands-on alongside the kitchen team
  • collaborate with the General Manager and home office leaders to maximize kitchen operations
  • ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • manage labor, budgets, and forecasts to meet financial goals
  • resolve kitchen-related problems effectively and promote positive communication
