Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of trade show or event marketing experience
  • Ability to work in the office 2x per week
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Exceptional attention to detail, project management, and organization skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana
  • Owner mentality

Job Duties

  • Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines
  • Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
  • Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed
  • Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success
