The role is a six-month contract with a competitive pay range of $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience, along with W2 status and benefit options available. The Event Coordinator role is vital to the company’s success at industry trade shows and events. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of trade show events from initial planning stages through execution and post-event follow-up. This role demands someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets strategic goals. As the lead on assigned trade shows, the Event Coordinator will manage logistics such as vendor management, event set-up and tear-down, and inventory oversight for booth assets. Additionally, the coordinator will play a key role in marketing support before and after events, helping to maximize exposure and lead generation for the company. This position also involves tracking and reporting key metrics to measure the success of event marketing efforts. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various internal teams are essential to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with company objectives. Job Duties
- Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines
- Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
- Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed
- Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts
- Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success
