- Food Handlers Certification required

Job Duties
- Check station before during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Explain any specials or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
- Verbally communicate calmly and positively with kitchen service beverage convention services and engineering staff as well as guest host to ensure timely execution of events quality service and adherence to safety and health regulations
- Retrieve order from kitchen confirm accuracy of order lift and deliver to guest along with appropriate condiments
- Abide by all state and local regulations concerning food handling and beverage service
